OUR MISSION
We visited a wide range of ‘discount’ theatre booths across London with the aim to source the BEST PRICED Upper Circle seat for The Wizard of Oz at the London Palladium, May 2012. At this time the Box Office’s Upper Circle seat were priced between £9-25*. We visited the Thomas Cook Bureau de Change on Irving Street and Charing Cross Road to check out what ‘discounts’ they were offering along with the quality of their service.

| SERVICE | I was unable to ask any questions about the advertised theatre tickets the bureau de change sold as the woman inside told me that it was the end of her shift and I would have to wait 10 minutes for her replacement to arrive. I asked her if she should tell me the price of a Wizard of Oz ticket and she repeated that I should return in 10 minutes. |
